| Description |
Learn to make beautiful, lifelike buttercream flowers that do not need to be dried. These flowers are made either directly on the cake or on a skewer and then placed directly on the cake. Students will learn how to make an orchid, violets, pansies and more as time permits. |

Five #104 tips, 3 couplers (optional), practice board (approx ¼ sheet), 2 greaseproof-covered ¼ sheet cake boards for flowers after practice, decorating bags, 4-5 cups firm buttercream icing, assorted paste food colors, 5 containers for icing colors, small spatulas, dry paper towels, damp Handi-Wipes, small trash bag, scissors, and two ¼ sheet boxes for finished projects (optional). |
