Students will learn beautiful garlands, floral ideas, icing doves, and much more—all made of buttercream icing, the most popular icing choice of American brides by far. If you decorate or sell wedding cakes (or plan to)—you will want to attend this class. |

Pink and green paste food colors, practice board (approx ¼ sheet), decorating bags, turntable (optional but helpful), Tips (three #104, three #18, small round tips), 3 couplers, 3 small spatulas, 1 recipe buttercream icing (approx. 6-7 cups), 3 small containers for mixing icing colors, dry paper towels, damp Handi-Wipes, small trash bag, scissors, 12” box (optional) for finished piece. |
