Description Learn to make a 3 tiered cake using fabrics and swatches and other accessories that will be provided for you, just like a professional.
Supplies
Required 6, 9, 12 inch round cake dummies (3 or 4 inches high – available for purchase through Colette), 16 inch covered board (heavy thickness), 5 lbs. fondant, gumpaste (available for purchase through Colette), large and small rolling pins, cornstarch puff, Crisco, paste colors, 1 cup royal icing, tips, bags, couplers, piping gel, paper, scissors, paintbrushes, turntable, water dish, PME tools or other gumpaste tools, pizza cutter. Optional: lemon extract and luster dust, glitter, sugar, ball tool, flower cutters. To purchase dummies from Colette, email cakecolet@yahoo.com at least 1 week in advance of Cake Camp, no exceptions.
