Description A short demo on technique will begin this class. Students will then cover and wrap a two-tier cake using a textured rolling pin of their choice. They will learn techniques to complete the cake without losing the texture pattern.
Supplies
Required Rolling pin-plain, textured rolling pin (students choice), gumpaste tool set, frill cutter of your choice.
Provided Instructor will provide all remaining supplies.
