In this class you will learn a modern approach to the art of chocolate as a decorative medium on cakes. We will elaborate on the use of decorative techniques with molding, colored, sprayed and textured chocolate décor. To further accent your designs, you will learn to embellish and finish stunning handcrafted chocolate decorations for any creation. |
