Pretty much anyone can fill a mold with chocolate – the trick is making it not look like it’s a mold… I’ll show you how! Techniques will include chocolate molding, seamless assembly and the secrets to a flawless finish. These items will then be used in a demonstration showcasing the many possibilities of incorporating them into any cake design.
