Description In this demo/hands on class you will learn how simple it is to work with Choco-Pan. Choco-Pan has such great stretch and you can take your time working with it. You will NOT get the crack look that you get with most fondants. We will show you how to cover a round and square cake and bring the fondant down and on the cake drum (this giver a great look and now you do not need any type of boarder). Learn to crimp, emboss, drape, paint, and border a cake. Don't believe the rumors - rolled fondant can be fast, easy and tasty. The Students will then have a chance to work with Choco-Pan and see how easy it is to work with.
