Students in this class will learn how simple it is to cut out the circles and attach them to the side of a cake with a ball border. Then you will make small blossoms and leaves. Then the students will pipe, 'stringwork' around the circles. The last part of the class is a simple Lambeth piping as the board at the base of your cake.

6in round cake covered in fondant or royal icing, and attached to a 10in round drum also iced in fondant or royal icing PME 1 tip PME 3 tip Non-stick mat Dusting bag/puff with powdered sugar 2 Pastry bag with coupler Small round cutter set from (FMM Geometrical Cutter Set) or any round cutters. Angular tweezers Exato knife Cutting wheel Ball tool (gum paste tools) Cell pad Small plunger cutter (to make small flowers and leaves) (( FMM Blossom Cutter/Set of 3 and FMM Mini Rose & Holly Leaf Cutters, you will not be using the holly leaf)) you will also need the Ejector with the cutters Box to take home project
