Description The students will cover an 8 inch dummy in fondant. Instructors will demonstrate how to use the diamond marker. This class will give you insight on how to use the marker in various ways and tips in creating beautiful cakes. Students will complete their dummy with an easy to apply gumpaste monogram enhance with luster dust. Each student will leave class with several tools including a diamond marker which retails for $24.
Supplies
Required Large and small rolling pins, mat for rolling fondant, 10” or 12” box for finished piece.
Provided Instructor will provide remaining supplies
Available Books, PME cutting wheels, assorted molds and cutters.
