They will then create fantasy birds out of a mixture of gumpaste and fondant. They will utilize simple leaf cutters and veiners to create feathers. The birds will be adorned with sugar pearls and painted in luster dusts for the finishing touch! Each student will leave with the tools needed to create the birds.
