| Description |
Students learn to paint in food color with cocoa butter and other mediums. Students will paint 2 to 3 plaques, depending on their speed. They will achieve traditional cocoa butter painting, as well as colored cocoa butter painting. They will also learn the Betty VanNorstrand method of background painting for enhancing floral arrangements on cakes. |
