Two greaseproof-covered 1/4 sheet cake boards, assorted round tips, assorted paste food colors, decorating bags, small spatulas, 1 recipe medium-consistency buttercream icing (approx. 6 cups), 5
small containers for mixing icing colors, scissors, dry paper towels, damp Handi-Wipes, small trash bag, boxes for finished piece (1/4 sheet), palette knife or small angled spatula, brushes (minimum 3/4" flat & #5 round) (best 3/4" flat, 1/2" flat, #5 round, #2 round*) * This set of 4 brushes plus palette knife available from instructor for $30.00 |
