| Description |
Learn how to make beautiful, lifelike buttercream flowers that do not need to be dried. These flowers are made either directly on the cake or on a skewer and then placed directly on the cake. Students will learn how to make an orchid, violets, pansies and more as time permits. |

Five #104 tips, practice board, 2 greaseproof-covered 1/4 sheet cake boards for flowers after practice, decorating bags, 1 recipe firm buttercream icing (approx. 6 cups), assorted paste food colors, 5 containers for icing colors, small spatulas, dry paper towels, damp Handi-Wipes, small trash bag, two 1/4 sheet boxes to take projects home if desired, and scissors. |
